Step Into the magic of the Christmas season and register for our Mistletoe Markets! Immerse yourself in the festive spirit at our 7th annual Mistletoe Market – where holiday magic meets local charm! We're thrilled to invite you and dozens of local vendors to join us for two Saturdays this November as we transform our Orchard into a winter wonderland of shopping and Christmas cheer.
Our market is fully outdoors with picturesque views at all vendor spaces whether you're by the pond or among the pines. We accept all types of vendors - crafters, artisans, direct sales, food producers, and more. Each Mistletoe Market date will run from 10-3pm with setup beginning at 7:30am.

**FOR DIRECT SALES VENDORS, please check below to ensure we don't already have your business represented before registering. We only allow one direct sales vendor per company:
-November 9th: Scentsy
-November 16th: Scentsy
This registration option provides vendors with a 10x10 space to sell their products. It is for tents, tables, and displays only. Not mobile trailers.
This registration option is for vendors who have a mobile trailer that they will be selling out of at the event. The trailer must fit within a 20x20 space including the space the ramp access/entrance to the trailer .
Electricity Add-On
We have a few spaces where we can offer electricity. If electricity is needed at your space, please add this option to your reservation for the corresponding date you're attending.
-The vendor fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
-Vendors will be required to attend a mandatory Zoom meeting in early November to discuss event logistics. We will finalize a date and send a Zoom link by mid-October with the details.
-No generators are permitted, and unfortunately, we are not able to offer wifi to our vendors. However, we do have an ATM on-site for guests to use if cash is needed.
-All items must be inside the marked 10x10 space unless you are a mobile vendor. One space per vendor - multiple businesses cannot operate out of one space.
- Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Tent weights are required if you are setting up a tent.
-Limitation of 1 vehicle per space for unload and parking.
-Vendor parking will be off-site, but we will offer a hayride shuttle to and from the parking area. All vendors must park in vendor parking and cannot retrieve their cars until break down to allow for shoppers to have maximum parking space.
-Rain date would be the following day on Sunday (Sunday, November 10th for November 9th and Sunday, November 17th for November 16th). We will make a call about weather by 8pm the Friday night before Market day.
