Mother's Day Weekend: Saturday, May 11th at 11am or 1:30pm and Sunday, May 12nd at 1:30pm

$25 per picnic location (no guest limit but comfortably seats 4-5) 

This Mother's Day show Mom lots of love by taking her out for a casual waterfront picnic with her favorite people. Mother's Day falls during the prettiest time of year with warm temperatures and sunny days, and a day outdoors is sure to warm her heart. Each Mother's Day picnic set up includes a tablecloth and umbrella with a waterfront view.

Food for your Mother's Day Adventure: 

• Pack your own picnic with all Mom's favorite treats, or  
• Keep it simple and pre-order salads & sandwiches from Black Lantern Tea Room & Bakery in Asheboro. You can explore menu options and order below. 

Your Mother's Day Picnic by the Pond includes:

• Two-hour picnic time
• Waterfront setup
• Picnic area with umbrella and tablecloth 
• Table games available
• Catch & release fishing (bring your own gear)

  • You can also purchase cake slices or ice cream from the Apple Barn 
• Apple cider slushies
• Picnic food provided by Black Lantern Tea Room & Bakery in Asheboro, NC (Must be ordered by May 8th)
  • Menu items are listed below: 
    • Farmstand Chicken Salad: Oven roasted chicken, red onion, english cucumber, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, mandarin oranges, strawberries, goat cheese, walnuts and croutons on a bed of spring mix with a house made red wine vinaigrette. 
    • Jack and Blue Turkey Club: Oven gold turkey, caramelized onion, jack, bacon, caramelized onions, spinach, blueberry preserves and fresh blueberries baked on a croissant. 
    • Ham & Cheese Croissant: Sweet sliced ham and Vermont white cheddar with dijonnaise, organic spring mix and tomato on a croissant.
    • Veggie Wrap: Fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, spring mix, red onions, balsamic glaze and pesto on a garlic pesto wrap.
