This offering is specifically designed for homeschool groups and is ideal for children grades Pre-K - 12th. However, all ages have a blast! No public/private school groups will be combined with your group.
Our Fall Homeschool Days are the perfect opportunity for homeschoolers from all over NC to connect and collaborate on an interactive and education-packed seasonal adventure! Our tour begins as we test our tastebuds with the delicious flavors of both sweet and tart apples, igniting our exploratory senses. Then, it's time to roll up our sleeves to enjoy the age-old tradition of hand-pressing apple cider - a favorite hands-on activity that blends history and teamwork with a tasty reward. After sipping our freshly pressed cider, we'll enjoy a hayride before heading into the orchard to gather a few pre-picked apples to take home. All tours also include access to Kiddie Korral Playground and Picnic Area. Groups are welcome to enjoy this space before or after their tour.
*All guests over the age of 2 must have a paid ticket. Kids 2 & under are free, but they do not receive the take home of the apples, cider sampling or apple tasting. If you'd like for them to receive the full tour items, please purchase a ticket for them as well.
