Vendor set-up fee: $60 per 10x10 space or $120 for mobile vendors (20x20 space)
Step into the magic of the Christmas season and register for our Mistletoe Markets! Immerse yourself in the festive spirit at our 8th annual Mistletoe Market – where holiday magic meets local charm! We're thrilled to invite you and 80 local vendors to join us for two Saturdays this November as we transform our Orchard into a winter wonderland of shopping and Christmas cheer.
Our market is fully outdoors with picturesque views at all vendor spaces whether you're by the pond or among the pines. We accept all types of vendors - crafters, artisans, direct sales, food producers, and more, and each Mistletoe Market date will run from 10:00AM - 3:00PM with setup beginning at 7:30 AM.

**We welcome a wide variety of vendors and products at our market, and to ensure a diverse shopping experience, we allow only one direct sales vendor per company (e.g., Color Street, Mary Kay, Scentsy, Pampered Chef). Direct Sales Vendors: Please check the list below before registering to confirm your company isn’t already represented.

This registration option provides vendors with a 10x10 space to sell their products. Tents, tables and chairs not provided.
This option is for vendors selling directly from a mobile trailer during the event. Your trailer, including any ramp access or entry points, must fit within a 20x20 space. Please ensure your setup meets these size requirements before registering.
Electricity Add-On
We have a few spaces where we can offer electricity. If electricity is needed at your space, please add this option to your reservation for the corresponding date you're attending.
Prior to completing your registration, please review and accept the agreement below:
-The vendor fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
-New vendors will be required to attend a mandatory Zoom meeting in late October to discuss event logistics. We will finalize a date and send a Zoom link by early October with the details.
-No generators are permitted at your space.
-All items must be inside the marked 10x10 space unless you are a mobile vendor (20x20 space).
- Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Tent weights are encouraged if you are setting up a tent.
-LIMITATION OF 1 VEHICLE PER SPACE for unload and parking.
-Vendor parking will be off-site, but we will offer a hayride shuttle to and from the parking area. All vendors must park in vendor parking and cannot retrieve their cars until break down to allow for shoppers to have maximum parking space.
-Rain date would be the following day on Sunday (Sunday, November 9th for November 8th and Sunday, November 16th for November 15th). We will make a call about weather by 8pm the Friday night before Market day.
