Peach Bloom Photography Rental

Step into the breathtaking beauty of spring at the Orchard, where our vibrant pink peach blooms create a truly enchanting backdrop. Perfect for photographers, our hourly rental provide the ideal setting to capture timeless moments for your clients and their families. With each hour, you can book up to a maximum of three mini-sessions, ensuring plenty of time to make each shot unforgettable. 

And to make the experience even more memorable, your clients will enjoy a hayride through the Orchard and sip on a refreshing cider slushie after your session.

Cost: Non-Peak Hours: $75/hour (3 sessions max per hour) | Peak Hours: $100/hour (3 sessions max per hour)

Included in your photography rental : 

  • Free access to photography location in the peach blooms for clients 
  • Scenic hayride to and from the orchards for both photographers and clients
  • Mini apple cider slushie after session for both photographers and clients

* All hours MUST BE BOOKED in advance using the calendar below.

**As these sessions fill up, we may be able to open more dates and time depending on the bloom season and number of rows in bloom at once. Please continue to check back.

  • All purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 
  • In the case of bad weather where we must cancel the sessions for the day, we will reach out to all scheduled photographers to reschedule your session. 
  • This offering is created for photographers looking to host their client sessions in the orchards or for groups who want to take their own photos.   • Animals are not permitted at the Orchard, but other small props may be used.
  • The Orchard will close immediately following the final session of the day. 
  • Zoom Recording: We hosted a required Zoom meeting for all photographers on Wednesday, March 5th to discuss  logistics and what to expect during your visit. We recorded the meeting and will share the recording for you to watch once registered.
  • Other things to enjoy after your photo session: 
    • Visit the Apple Barn for apple cider slushies, canned goods, or baked goods
    • Enjoy lunch and local beverages at The Cider House (Weekends Only)
    • Burn off some energy in our Kiddie Korral Playground
    • Pack a picnic to enjoy under our shaded pines
    • Enjoy the playground and ride the tire swings

1. TERM OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be effective from the date the Agreement is executed by Photographer and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2025. All photographic sessions shall be scheduled in agreement with MCO. Photographic activities shall be conducted in the designated areas only and shall not interfere with the normal business operations of MCO. All small props or other objects used by the photographer shall be removed from the premises following the photography session. If you are the last session of the day, the orchard will close immediately following your session.

2. CONDUCT OF CLIENTS. Photographer is fully responsible for the actions and conduct of their clients and shall not allow any persons to violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised at all times.

3. PHOTOGRAPH / MEDIA RELEASE. Photograph and clients hereby authorize MCO to utilize any photographs taken by Photographer at MCO during the photographic session. Photographer and clients understand that the photographs may be used for the promotional and advertising purposes of MCO without compensation to Photographer or clients.

4. INDEMNIFICATION. MCO shall not be liable for any damages to or personal injury of, the Photographer, Clients, Clients family, guests, invitees, agents or employees, or to any person entering the Premises for the photographic session caused by the Negligence of MCO. Photographer hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold MCO harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature from any person.

5. SESSIONS PER HOUR. I understand that the maximum amount of sessions that I can host per hour in this location is 3 sessions due to hayride capacity and travel time to fields.

6. NONREFUNDABLE. When booking this session, the photographer or client understands that this purchase is nonrefundable.
