We're thrilled to kick off our 2025 season with the return of our Spring Fling Outdoor Markets! This year, we’re welcoming 80 incredible vendors to showcase their talents and join us for two Saturdays, one in March and one in April, for a unique outdoor shopping experience at the Orchard.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of our waterfront pond area and pine trees, our market is fully outdoors, soaking up the beauty of spring. All types of vendors are welcome - crafters, artisans, direct sales, food producers, and more, and each market will run from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with setup beginning at 7:30 AM. Register for both dates below or just one and be a part of the spring season at the Orchard.

**We welcome a wide variety of vendors and products at our market, and to ensure a diverse shopping experience, we allow only one direct sales vendor per company (e.g., Color Street, Mary Kay, Scentsy, Pampered Chef). Direct Sales Vendors: Please check the list below before registering to confirm your company isn’t already represented.

-APRIL 19TH:
This registration option provides vendors with a 10x10 space to sell their products. Tents, tables and chairs not provided.
This option is for vendors selling directly from a mobile trailer during the event. Your trailer, including any ramp access or entry points, must fit within a 20x20 space. Please ensure your setup meets these size requirements before registering.
Electricity Add-On
We have a few spaces where we can offer electricity. If electricity is needed at your space, please add this option to your reservation for the market date you're attending.
Prior to completing your registration, please review and accept the agreement below:
-The vendor fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
-New vendors will be required to attend a mandatory Zoom meeting to discuss event logistics prior to their first market. Date to be set in early March. Please keep an eye on your email for an invitation to join.
-No generators are permitted at your space.
-All items must be inside the marked 10x10 space unless you are a mobile vendor (20x20 space).
- Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Tent weights are encouraged if you are setting up a tent.
-LIMITATION OF 1 VEHICLE PER SPACE for unload and parking.
-Vendor parking will be off-site, but we will offer a hayride shuttle to and from the parking area. All vendors must park in vendor parking and cannot retrieve their cars until break down to allow for shoppers to have maximum parking space.
-Rain date would be the following day on Sunday (March 23rd and April 20th). We will make a call about weather by 8pm the Friday night before Market day in the case of inclement weather.
