2025 Summer Outdoor Markets

Market Dates: May 17th, June 21st, July 19th, August 16th | Sale Hours: 9-2pm

Vendor fee: $30 for a 10x10 space or $60 for a mobile space (20x20)

Soak up the summer fun and join us for our Summer Outdoor Vendor Markets, hosted once a month at the Orchard! Showcase your products alongside a diverse group of crafters, artisans, food producers, and direct sales vendors, at our picturesque waterfront location. Coinciding with the Eastern Randolph Farmers Market and our u-pick fruit offerings (June-August as available) our markets attract a wide range of guests, offering an exciting opportunity to connect with customers and other local businesses.

All types of vendors are welcome - crafters, artisans, direct sales, food producers, and more, and each market will run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with setup beginning at 7:30 AM. Spots are limited—reserve your space today for one (or all) of our Summer Outdoor Markets.

**We welcome a wide variety of vendors and products at our market, and to ensure a diverse shopping experience, we allow only one direct sales vendor per company (e.g., Color Street, Mary Kay, Scentsy, Pampered Chef). VENDOR GUIDELINES:

Prior to completing your registration, please review and accept the agreement below:

-The vendor fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

-No generators are permitted at your space.

-Wifi is not available, but cell service works well for most providers. In certain areas, Verizon is not as strong, but we do have an ATM on-site if needed.

-All items must be inside the marked 10x10 space unless you are a mobile vendor (20x20 space).

- Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Tent weights are encouraged if you are setting up a tent.

-LIMITATION OF 1 VEHICLE PER SPACE for unload and parking.

-In the event of a rain or weather cancellation, we would reschedule your date to a future market day (June 21, July 19, or August 16).
