Enjoy a taste of fall this summer with our first apple aickin' adventure of the season! Our honeycrisp and gala apples, a fan favorite, are ripe and ready for picking, and we are so excited to welcome our guests out to enjoy! 

But the adventure doesn’t stop with apples! While you’re here, soak up the sunshine in our zinnia fields and snip a few cheerful stems to take home. Then, swing by our highland cow area to meet our fuzzy farm celebrities—Dusty and Daphne, the baby Highland cows from our neighbors at Cellar Creek! They love visitors, and you’ll have a chance to say hello, snap a photo, and make a memory or two during your visit.

Join us this August for a Summer Apples, Zinnias & Pasture Friends Adventure, our signature weekend experience, which includes:

  • 🍎 Access to the Honeycrisp & Gala Apple Orchard – stroll through the trees and pick your perfect apples
  • 💐 Access to the Zinnia Fields – vibrant blooms as far as the eye can see. You can also buy a full vases for $9/vase (purchase below) and pick as many stems that fit. 
  • 🧺 Fresh Apple Tasting – sample the flavors of the orchard before you pick
  • 🚜 Orchard Hayride – enjoy a ride around the orchard with gorgeous views
  • 🐮 Meet Dusty & Daphne – snap the cutest photos and visit with our baby Highland cows (available for all time slots except Saturday afternoon)
  • 🧃 4 oz. Apple Cider Slushie – a refreshing treat after a picking adventure

PLEASE NOTE: This adventure is the only way to access the apple orchards, and reservations are required so we can guarantee availability. We will open additional dates and times as the crop allows.

*All guests over the age of 2 must have a paid ticket in order to visit the fields.

    This quarter peck bag option holds approximately 2.75 pounds of apples.

    *The number of apples in a pound varies depending on the size of the apple, but usually 2-3 apples equal a pound. As a guesstimate, a quarter peck bag could hold 5-8 apples.

    This half peck bag option holds approximately 5.5 pounds of apples.

    *The number of apples in a pound varies depending on the size of the apple, but usually 2-3 apples equal a pound. As a guesstimate, a half peck bag could hold 11-16 apples.

    Purchase a vase of zinnias and fill it as full as you can.

Additional Details

  • This Orchard Access Pass is required to pick apples.
    • Please purchase your apple quantity above. You may purchase a full vase for $9 above or on-site.
  • All tickets are nonrefundable. 
  • Guests must arrive at their scheduled time.
  • If we close the apple orchards due to bad weather or crop availability, we will reach out to all guests that have booked tickets to reschedule their picking date.
  • What else can you enjoy during your Orchard visit:
    • Grab lunch at the Cider House. Check out our current menu of handcrafted food items, hard cider, beer, wine, specialty seasonal cocktails and mocktails. 
    • Burn off some energy in our Kiddie Korral Playground
    • Explore the canned good and baked good offerings in the Apple Barn
    • Treat yourself to a full sized slushie or ice cream cone
    • Pack your fishing gear and enjoy catch & release fishing ($2/person)
    • Shop local at the Eastern Randolph Farmers Market (Saturdays from 9-2pm)
    • Enjoy peach donuts, slushies and lemonade (Saturdays from 10-3pm at Granny's Goodies and Sundays from 1-4pm in the Apple Barn)
