Vendor Fees: Vendor spaces and fees range from $30-60 depending on market date and season. Space options include either a standard 10x10 tent space or larger mobile vendor space (20x20). Availability is limited, and advance registration is required.
Join us throughout the year for our Outdoor Vendor Markets at the Orchard — a seasonal shopping experience that brings together local makers, artisans, and small businesses set amongst the beauty of Mother Nature.
Held at various times during the spring, summer, and holiday season, our markets feature a curated mix of vendors including crafters, artisans, food producers, local businesses and direct sales companies. Each market date offers a unique atmosphere inspired by the season, all set against the scenic backdrop of our waterfront pond and pine trees.
Markets are fully outdoors and designed to be both vendor- and family-friendly, attracting a wide range of guests who come to shop, explore the Orchard, and enjoy everything the day has to offer.

We welcome a wide variety of vendors and products. To ensure a diverse and enjoyable shopping experience, only one direct sales vendor per company is permitted (e.g., Color Street, Mary Kay, Scentsy, Pampered Chef). Direct sales vendors should review the registered vendor list below before signing up to confirm availability.
Please note: All vendor fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations.

Our November 14th Mistletoe Market will be hosted from 10-3pm with set up beginning at 7:30am. This vendor registration option provides vendors with a 10x10 space to sell their products. Tents, tables and chairs not provided.
Our November 14th Mistletoe Market will be hosted from 10-3pm with set up beginning at 7:30am. This vendor registration option is for vendors selling directly from a mobile trailer during the event. Your trailer, including any ramp access or entry points, must fit within a 20x20 space. Please ensure your setup meets these size requirements before registering.

Electricity Add-On
A few of our vendor spots offer electricity. If electricity is needed at your space, please add this option to your reservation for the corresponding date you're attending.
Prior to completing your registration, please review and accept the agreement below:
-The vendor fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
-New vendors will be required to attend a mandatory Zoom meeting to discuss event logistics. We will finalize a date and send a Zoom link about three weeks before the vendor market.
-Wifi is not available, but cell service works well for most providers. AT&T and T-Mobile have the best coverage in our area. We do have an ATM on-site if needed.
-No generators are permitted at your space.
-All items must be inside the marked 10x10 space unless you are a mobile vendor with a 20x20 space.
- Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs. Tent weights are required if you are setting up a tent.
-LIMITATION OF 1 VEHICLE PER SPACE for unload and parking.
-Vendor parking will be off-site, but we will offer a shuttle to and from the parking area. All vendors must park in vendor parking and cannot retrieve their cars until break down to allow for shoppers to have maximum parking space.
-Rain date would be the following day on Sunday for the March, April and November Markets. June-August Markets will reschedule to another Summer Market Date. We will make a call about weather by 8pm the Friday night before Market day.
