Parade of Poppies Adventure Featuring Dooley, the highland cow

We are so excited to welcome guests out to experience our inaugural year of Poppy! Last November, we planted over 20 pounds of poppy seeds across a four different fields, and our Parade of Poppies is the perfect adventure to tour our fields. Join us for an educational tour through our poppy patches, where you'll explore and learn about our different varieties.  While in the fields, you'll have opportunity to explore the poppies and visit with Dooley, the adorable highland cow, who will be ready for a few hugs and to snap a few photos amidst the blooms. We hope you'll join us to celebrate our first season of our new crop!

*As this is our first year growing poppy, the below photos are captured at other poppy locations. We look forward to capturing beautiful memories in our poppy patches this year.

    If you would like to pick a bouquet of poppies during your adventure, our small vase will hold 8-10 u-pick flowers. Please note that poppies only last a day or two once picked but they are beautiful. You must purchase a vase here if you want to pick.

    If you would like to pick a bouquet of poppies during your adventure, our large vase will hold 15-20 u-pick flowers. Please note that poppies only last a day or two once picked but they are beautiful. You must purchase a vase here if you want to pick.

Additonal Details

  • All purchases are nonrefundable.
  • Guests must arrive by their scheduled time as the hayride departs on time. 
    • Guests who are more than 10 minutes late forfeit their reservation. 
  • Other things to enjoy after your adventure: 
    • Visit the Apple Barn for apple cider slushies, canned goods, or baked goods
    • Enjoy fresh strawberry donuts at Granny's Goodies from 10-3pm on Saturday
    • Pack a picnic to enjoy under our shaded pines
    • Enjoy the playground and ride the tire swings
    • Burn off some energy in our Kiddie Korral Playground
    • Explore the canned good and baked good offerings in the Apple Barn
    • Treat yourself to a full sized slushie or ice cream cone
    • Pack your fishing gear and enjoy catch & release fishing
  • If WE cancel the experience due to bad weather, we will reach out to all guests that have booked tickets to reschedule or refund their purchase
