We’re celebrating 21 incredible years of Millstone Creek, and you’re invited to our ultimate birthday bash! Join us for our biggest celebration of the year — Party @ The Pond, a fun-filled day of live music, games, delicious eats and summer vibes. 

Enjoy six hours of live music from two fantastic bands, including our headliner, Band of Oz, who will keep the party going all afternoon, while hayrides, yard games, and orchard views offer plenty of room to relax, play, and make memories with friends and family. 

As you get hungry, we’ve got something for everyone. Satisfy your sweet tooth at Granny's Goodies with our famous apple cider donuts, refreshing slushies, and ice cream treats. If you're craving something savory, head over to The Cider House for handcrafted flatbreads, sandwiches, and shareable bites, which is also home to our hard cider, craft beer, local wines, or seasonal cocktails and mocktails.

We're also proud to partner again with the Randolph County Partnership for Children to support their incredible work, including the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Throughout the event, they'll be hosting exciting fundraising activities — all to benefit the children and families in our community.

Headliner:

BAND OF OZ (2-5pm)

Get ready to dance the night away with one of the Southeast’s most iconic beach music bands—The Band of Oz! Originally formed in 1967, this legendary group got its start playing college parties and proms across the South before hitting the road full-time in 1977. Today, they’re an eight-member powerhouse featuring a full horn section and a dynamic stage presence that keeps audiences grooving from the first note to the last. The Band of Oz knows exactly how to bring the energy, the fun, and the Carolina beach vibe wherever they go.

THE SHUGGA DADDIES (11-2pm)

The Shugga Daddies are a high-energy variety band blending rock, country, and pop hits that span the decades. Based in the High Point, NC area, they bring the party wherever they go—with danceable tunes, sing-along favorites, and a fun, upbeat style that fans love. Their live shows are packed with great music, good vibes, and plenty of crowd interaction.

Additional Party @ The Pond Details:

  • All ticket sales are nonrefundable. 
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE PERMITTED. The Cider House will be open serving a delicious menu of flatbreads, sandwiches, shareables, beer, wine, hard cider, and specialty cocktails and mocktails. 
  • The Shugga Daddies will play on the front lawn of the Apple Barn. Beginning at 2pm, we will move down to our waterfront pavilion for our final opening act and headliner band, Band of Oz.
  • For maximum enjoyment, you can bring the following items into the venue: bug spray, sunscreen, hats, blankets, seat cushions, ponchos/rain jackets, umbrellas, water, and lawn chairs. We will also have picnic tables available on a first-come, first serve basis.
  • Items not allowed include: outside food or drink, illegal drugs, laser pointers, pets (except licensed service animals), recorders (audio or video) and weapons.
  • The venue is outdoors and all events are RAIN OR SHINE.
  • The Orchard will close immediately following the end of the concert at 5pm.

I hereby acknowledge that should I provide alcohol to family, friends, guests, or third parties on property owned by Millstone Creek Orchards, LLC, I am solely responsible for any and all damages suffered by myself or third parties as a result of providing alcohol to others to include, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium.

I further agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Millstone Creek Orchards, LLC, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and servants for any and all causes of action, claims, or lawsuits that may result from my consumption of alcohol on their property.

Liability: Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an Agritourism activity conducted at this Agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the Agritourism activity. Inherent risks of Agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this Agritourism activity.
